2011 PRACTICE
Practices will start Monday, May 23rd.  

Practice will be every Monday and Thursday evening, from 6:00pm until 7:15pm for u7/u9/u11 and 7:00pm until 8:15 for u13/u15.    The Tackle/Intro to Tackle program will practice on Tuesday evenings, 6:30 until 7:45.

PLEASE NOTE PRACTICE LOCATION:  We will start practice at Glen Haven Elementary School and change to Sligo Middle School on Monday June 6th.   (Sligo MS offers alot more space and flexibility.)

We do recognize some kids might have other obligations that cause them to miss a game or two, the occasional practice or have vacations planned that take them away for a week or a couple weekends.  We simply ask for notice of absences, particularly for games or extended periods so the coaches can plan accordingly.

2011 GAME SCHEDULE
Games will typically be played on Saturdays starting in mid-June running thru the end of July.  We expect to start playing games on June 18th.  We usually have some weeknight games as well.

Typically, the younger age groups will play first starting around 9:30 or 10am, building up to the older kids playing the last matches, aiming to finish by 12:30pm.   Our under-7s (in-house) will usually play prior to our local (home) games.   There may be an exception but they usually won’t play on weekends we make significant travel.   The exact schedule (kick-off times) is set the week of the matches and is somewhat variable depending on the number of fields and our opponent.   

It is very important the coaches know in advance when your player(s) will not be at a game.  Please remember to email (PACYouthRugby@gmail.com) when your player will NOT be available for a game!

The end of season MD state tournament will be on July 30tha nd 31rst..  The tournament is an all day affair, with multiple games, playoffs, etc.  We usually enter as many teams as we have players interested in competing.  U9 and U11 play on Saturday, U13 and U15 play on Sunday.  Over the past few seasons we have been very successful at the tournament, winning championships and placing in various age groups.
