PLAYER REGISTRATION

1.)  Complete the PAC Rugby registration form.

Please complete and mail into the address indicated.  An email indicating a registration form is on the way is also appreciated.  If you are registering at or after the start of the season, please bring the completed form with you to your first practice.

Age Group is determined by the age of the player as of June 1rst of the playing year.

2.)  Complete the USA Rugby registration.
All players must complete a separate USA Rugby membership form.  The USA Rugby registration fee is $5 annually.  Online registration is available at www.usarugby.org or directly at https://membership.usarugby.org/default.aspx.

The club is listed under the name: “Potomac Athletic Club Youth Rugby” (NOT “PAC Youth Rugby”)

3.) Provide proof of age.
The PRU Youth League requires age verification for all participants.  Parents must provide proof of age (i.e., copy of a birth certificate) for the registered player(s).  Please include this with your registration form.

2010 REGISTRATION FEES
2010 registration fees for under-9 thru under-15 players are $55 per season, per player.  Under-7 player fees are $35 (players must be under 7 as of 1-June).   Paid registration includes a team jersey for every player.  Registration fees are payable to the “Potomac Athletic Club”.  Discount rugby balls can be purchased for an additional $20.
